4 Step (Cardio) : 
 32 count combinations using the step platform.  Class may consist of increments of 45 minutes of step combinations.

Ends with a 10 minute abdominal workout.

 TONING: 
A muscle conditioning class utilizing the upper and lower body.  The use of dumbbells, bands, and resistance enhances bone density, muscular strength, and endurance.  Exercise balls too!  Probably rated favorite!  NO HIGH IMPACT MOVES!

KICK BOXING:
You all know this one!  Great strength & cardiovascular training.  Great abdominal workout with all those knee lifts, front kicks, back kicks and side kicks.  Ends with abdominal workout.

3 MINUTE/3 MINUTE

This class consists of 45 minutes of circuit segments - cardio, strength training and muscle failure.  Repetitive moves using the step, floor, and weights.  Ends with abdominal workout.

SATURDAY'S WORKOUT:

Saturday's Workout will be on an announced basis only - during the summer months.  If you do not hear if there is a Saturday class you may call Judy at 239-2975 or 922-6069.  Saturday classes will resume on a regular schedule starting in August.
