FEELING FIT NOT FAT: What is it? These classes are designed under the
director of the National YMCA Health Enhancement, the leader in the
country in exercise instruction. This program works on the principle
of exercise physiology and thy e study of exercise and the function
on the muscle and the body. Ted Hayden is a certified advanced
fitness specialist through the YMCA of the USA and the American College of
Sport's Medicine. These classes are ongoing throughout the year and
you can start any time you wish because this is a progressive program
model. Monthly fees for members are $20.00 and non-members
$25.00.
